I dontated blood yesterday! Towards the end i started feeling a little queasy. So I’m a pint down for the day. They took 1/12 of my blood! it’s kinda scary to think of it like that.

But I do feel good about myself for donating. It reinstates me and T’s blood bank membership so just in case, and it also goes towards helping someone in need which I’ve been kinda sad about not being able to do much for the New Orleans people. So this at least makes me feel like I’m contributing the better-ment of humanity besides just doing Tech Support. Dont get me wrong I like my job, but sometimes I feel kinda down because in the grand scheme of things, how much do I impact the world by doing what I do? Le sigh.. But giving blood has made me feel a little better and I’ll do the things that I can do, and worry about the things I can control and try not to worry about the things outside of my control.

Tianna went with me and was going to try and dontate with me again. We tried to give blood now so that we could finally get her a tattoo for her birthday, but couldn’t cause her Hemoglobin was low. Later that day she went and got her newest tattoo!

Very Exciting! This is the first in what she wants done for the sleeve on her arm. She’s so tough!
