Well we met with the mortgage people and decided on a mortgage package. Our mortgage person seems really super nice, and Nancy seems to really like her so I’m keeping our faith on that to ensure we dont get screwed over. Another day older and deeper in debt! St Peter dont you call me cause I cant go! I owe my soul to the mortgage company!

We meet with the house inspektor today for the inspection. I’m a little nervous. I hope everything goes A-OK. It could be a bit of a problem if they find any major problems with the house. We can only hope he dosen’t find anything seriousl. Keep your fingers crossed!

I also called my 2nd cousin the attorney and got the ball rolling on that front. He was way super nice and helpfull so my nervousness was silly.

Little over a month untill settlement! Ahh!
