I just realized that out of my last 10 blog entries.. 5 begin with me saying “So..”. That’s lame. I’m a horrible writer.

I was reading my lastest George Washington book last night (that was so hard to start the sentence without saying so), there was a passage where they were going on about the Delaware Regiment and it reminded me of Ward’s book “The Delaware Continentals”. Although I don’t have a copy of it myself ( I saw some at borders a few years ago.. I should go back and look again), I’ve used it as a resource for a bunch of my papers back in school.

Anways, There’s been a bunch of new papers of washingtons released, like letters and military correspondance, and alot have been put into accessible sources. I think it might be a neat project to comb through them for any references to Delaware Regiments such as in Long Island or during the Philadelphia Campaign of 1777.. Maybe this fall I could take a few days off and head down to the library of congress to pore through the papers.. Get to use a bit of my history degree for once!
